Shipping policy

 

US SHIPPING:

It is a 5-20 business day shipment process. The process starts the first business day after your payment is finalized. Expect your order to arrive in the time frame that was given, thank you for your patience and support. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 

Your order processing time begins the following business day after you have placed your order. All international shipping is a time frame of 10-28 business days.

Keep in mind, all international orders will be shipped via USPS on our end. You will receive a confirmation email once we have shipped your order. However, if you'd like your tracking number contact us via email, Shopify inbox, or Instagram.

If your order is shipped and the tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service (1-800-275-8777)/DHL/FedEx/ or (shipping carrier of your jurisdiction) directly to track down your package.

INFORMATION REGARDING U.S / INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS 

GOAT EMBROIDERY INC. is not responsible for packages that are sent to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. To ensure that your package is delivered correctly, please make sure your address is FULLY entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If USPS can not pick up your address there will be a delay in your order being processed.

*** For all international orders, please keep in mind when ordering that an additional cost will be applied for you to be able to obtain your package from your local shipping carrier. We are not aware of which exact countries have these policies so please do research before purchasing with us. No returns or refunds will be granted on our part. Also, be aware that the majority of international carriers require the individual/ customer to go pick up the package at customs/local carrier. If the customer does not obtain their package within their policy timeframe, the package will be sent back to us. Given that information, please be aware of your local carriers' policy now that we are NOT required to pay for the cost of re-shipping. Thank you for your patience and understanding.***

                                                      EXPRESS SHIPPING:

It is a 3-7 business day, the process starts the first business day after your payment is finalized. Please provide a reachable email or phone number with a full correct address. Expect your order to arrive in the time frame that was given, thank you for your patience and support. 

GOAT EMBROIDERY INC. WILL NOT REFUND OR CREDIT ANY RETURNED ORDERS DUE TO CUSTOMER ERROR.

We have NO control over what happens to your package once it is received and processed by USPS. We DO NOT replace or refund orders that are marked "DELIVERED" by USPS or any other carrier.***
